Overview
Cumberland Cares for Families is a free in-home visitation program to support & educate parents of children (prenatal to age 5). Goals are established by the parent(s)/caregiver(s) to help with child development and targeted parenting skills. Information and supports are offered to access other social services, financial assistance, medical, counseling, housing, legal and educational services.
