• Property Mapping Request Form (PDF): Tax Map request form used for mail order maps. Please follow the directions listed on the form.
• GIS Data Request Form (PDF): Gis Data request is used to request a Mapping DVD. Please follow the directions listed on the form and email your completed form to: assessment@cumberlandcountypa.gov.
