1. What hours is the drug testing office open for collections?
A: Monday - Friday 10:00 a.m. - 5:45 p.m. and Saturdays 9:00 a.m. - 12:45 p.m.
2. How do I know if I've been selected for a drug test?
A: You should call in every day to the testing line or login to the Abbott website between 5:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. to see if you were selected.
3. Are you open today due to inclement weather?
A: Check out the county website to see if we are open.
4. Are you open on holidays?
A: You should call in and report if selected.
5. Where can I find court forms if I lost them?
A: On the Criminal Justice Services webpage under the specialty courts tab. You will then select the court you need forms for.
6. Where is the drug testing office located?
A: 20 North Hanover Street Suite 300. Carlisle, PA 17013 (3rd floor of Business Central).
7. What is the drug testing line number?
A: 800.494.1250.
8. Who should I contact if I can't make it into testing or running late?
A: Contact your probation officer immediately. The Restorative Sanctions staff will not excuse you from testing and will report any no-shows to the referral agency.
9. What are the specialty courts Cumberland County offers?
A: DUI Court, Drug Treatment Court and TOMS (Together Optimizing Mental Health Solutions).
10. Do I have to report in-person or on Zoom for my DUS HA/EM Court?
A: DUS HA/EM Court will take place once a month during the Summary Appeal Court scheduled at 10:30 a.m. You can report in-person or via Zoom. You can find the Zoom link in your email from the EM/HA Coordinator.
11. Do I need to notify the testing office of any medications that I am currently taking?
A: Yes. You should bring all current medications with you the first time you drug test. The testing staff needs to be notified as well anytime you stop taking a medication or start a new one.
12.If I arrive at the testing office early, can I be tested early before opening time?
A: No. You can only test during the allotted testing hours of Monday-Friday 10:00 a.m. - 5:45 p.m. and Saturdays 9:00 a.m. - 12:45 p.m.
13. I had a positive test, what happens next?
A: Your probation officer will be notified of the positive test results.
14. I cannot make it in today for my test, can I be excused?
A: You should contact your probation officer because they are the only one that can excuse you from testing.
15. The test collector said that my sample is dilute? What is dilution?
A: Dilution is when you drink too many liquids prior to a drug test.
16. Do I need to call in and/or test on a Sunday?
A: You should call into the testing line daily and report if selected.
17. Who do I contact if I lost my testing PIN number?
