Drug testing is conducted at the Criminal Justice Services office located on the 3rd floor of Business Central, 20 N. Hanover Street, Carlisle.
Call in every day to the drug testing message line or login to the Abbott website between 5:00 am and 1:00 pm.

Enter your PIN and listen to the entire message until you hear a confirmation number. If you hang up before the entire message plays, your call may not be registered and may be reported as a missed call.
Testing hours Monday through Friday are 10:00 a.m. – 5:45 p.m.
Saturday testing hours are 9:00 a.m. – 12:45 p.m.
Photo ID is required for testing. Bring proof of all prescription medications. All urine collections will be directly observed. You must provide at least 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of urine. The results of your drug and alcohol tests will be given to the referral agency. The Criminal Justice Services staff will not excuse you from testing and will report any no-shows to the referral agency.
