2026 Meeting Schedule & Minutes

• Cumberland County Planning Commission (CCPC) Workshop Meeting (as needed)
  • 2nd Thursday of the month
• Cumberland County Planning Commission (CCPC) Business Meeting 
  • 3rd Thursday of the month

The workshop meeting is held for the Planning Department to brief the CCPC on agenda items for the next week’s meeting. They discuss agenda items that are delegated to Planning Department staff for review and comment (see Planning Commission/Planning Department enabling ordinance for list of responsibilities assigned to the Planning Department).

The business meeting is held for the Planning Commission to take action on the agenda items not delegated to the Planning Department for review.          

All Planning Commission meetings are held at 7:30 AM at the Cumberland County Service Center, 310 Allen Road, Conference Room B, Carlisle, unless otherwise noted. ** The public is invited and encouraged to attend all meetings.  Meetings with staff can be scheduled by appointment to discuss any planning related issue of interest to the public.

** Planning Commission meetings will be conducted as a hybrid approach and provide in-person participation (with building capacity limits) and a video teleconference option. Residents wishing to participate in the meeting via video teleconference should forward their request at least 2 days in advance of the meeting to Kirk Stoner via email at kdstoner@cumberlandcountypa.gov or phone at 717.240.5362. 

Residents wishing to provide written comments should provide those comments to Kirk Stoner at kdstoner@cumberlandcountypa.gov or by mail to 310 Allen Road, Suite 101, Carlisle, PA 17013. All written comments will be read into the record during the public comment section of the agenda.

NOTE: Complete CCPC meeting packets are now posted below prior to the meeting with draft documents  Visit Ordinance Review Comments for final comments and approval status within 1 business day after the meeting.
