The Cumberland County Property Assessment Office is the office responsible for the administration of all Assessments (real estate and occupation). The Assessment Office must maintain and make available records associated with assessment administration. These records include tax maps, indexes, property records, and sales information. It is our intent to provide you with the latest and most accurate information pertaining to the County's assessment activities.
Board of Assessment Appeals
The Cumberland County Board of Assessment Appeals is an independent board authorized by statute and appointed by the County Commissioners to primarily hear and decide assessment valuation cases.
