Responsibilities
The Domestic Relations Office:
- Establishes and enforces child support orders
- Establishes civil paternity cases, spousal support orders, and APL (alimony pendente lite) orders.
Staff
The Office is under the direction of the Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas and has a staff of 39, which includes:
- Five full-time enforcement officers
- One attorney
- Eight conference officers
- 25 special support staff
