  2. Consolidated Civil Court Calendaring

The office of the Prothonotary is the Clerk of the Civil Division of the Court of Common Pleas. This elected row officer has administrative control over and responsibility for all official documents and records within the Civil Division. Additionally, this office serves as an acceptance agency for the United States Department of State for the purpose of processing passport applications.

Mission

Maintain and provide appropriate public access to all legal civil records necessary for the operation of the Court of Common Pleas.

Services

Processing and recording of all civil filings, processing of passport applications, hosting of naturalization ceremony in conjunction with the United States Department of Immigration.
