More details will be provided closer to the time of our next Light of Hope. All are welcome to attend!
The Light of Hope Ceremony, an annual CASA event, is part of the swearing-in of new CASA Volunteers. Volunteers are sworn in following an extensive training program to help equip them to advocate for the best interest of the children to whom they will be appointed. The ceremony also includes a candle lighting that is meant to signify the hope having a caring adult in a child's life can bring. This event is held annually as part of Child Abuse Prevention Month in April.
