The Cumberland County Treasurer's Office is selling 2026 annual dog licenses at these events around the county.
2025 dog licenses expired on January 1, 2026. All dogs 3 months and older in PA must be licensed or owners could receive a fine up to $500.

Can't make it to an event? Purchase a license one of the following ways:
- Online: Visit the Cumberland County Treasurer's website to apply and pay by credit card. Licenses will be mailed within two weeks.
- By Mail: Send an application and check to the Cumberland County Treasurer’s Office, 1 Courthouse Square, Room 201, Carlisle, PA 17013. Licenses will be mailed within two weeks.
- In Person: Visit the Cumberland County Treasurer’s Office in the Main Courthouse, 1 Courthouse Square, Room 201, Carlisle. Residents can pay by cash, credit card, or check, and receive a license the same day.
