[ARCHIVED] Claremont Nursing and Rehab Center to Host Senior GEMS Program on May 5

Claremont Nursing and Rehab Center will host a Senior GEMS Program on Monday, May 5 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. This free session is open to the public and will help participants to better understand Alzheimer's Disease and other types of dementia.
