The Cumberland County Office of Aging & Community Services announces that the office location for the Homeless Assistance, PPL Operation HELP, and Cumberland Cares for Families Programs has moved from the Minerva Mills building. Their new location is now located on the 3rd floor of Business Central, 18 North Hanover Street, Carlisle, PA 17013. The office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
