You can now begin the marriage license application process online. Applicants still need to appear together before the Clerk of Orphans’ Court in Cumberland County to present documentation and sign their marriage application but they can answer questions at a time and place that is convenient for them and submit their application online. This should shorten the time it will take during their visit to the courthouse.
