The Cumberland County assessment roll of property subject to local taxation or exempted from local taxation has been prepared and is available for public inspection in Room 104 of the Old Courthouse, 1 Courthouse Square, Carlisle, PA, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. All property owners and affected taxing districts have the right to file in writing an appeal from their assessment, on or before September 1, 2012.
