PUBLIC NOTICE FOR HOMESTEAD/FARMSTEAD

The Cumberland County Homestead/Farmstead Exclusion applications are available at the Cumberland County Assessment Office and on the website www.ccpa.net. The Assessment Office is located in the Old Courthouse, One Courthouse Square, Carlisle, PA. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Applications must be received by the Assessment Office between December 15, 2009 and March 1, 2010. Please note that filing of the application is not an automatic approval or automatic tax exclusion. Approved applications are valid until there is a change in ownership of, or use of, an approved property. If you have an approved application on file you DO NOT need to reapply.
