Voters can hand-deliver their completed mail-in or absentee ballot to our Bureau of Elections Office at 1601 Ritner Highway, Suite 201, Carlisle, during the following hours:
Regular Business Hours: Mon - Fri from 8 am - 4:30 pm
Additional hours for hand delivery of mail-in or absentee ballots the Nov. 5 Election: (No additional voter services are available during these extended hours.)
- Thursday, Oct. 24, 2024 | 4:30 pm - 7 pm
- Saturday, Oct. 26, 2024 | 9 am - 12 pm
- Wednesday, Oct. 30, 2024 | 4:30 pm - 7 pm
- Saturday, Nov. 2, 2024 | 9 am - 1 pm
Election Day Hours: Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2024 from 7 am - 8 pm
