The effects of the raging opioid epidemic will be discussed Monday, Oct. 23, 2017 during a public town hall meeting at the Upper Allen Township Building, 100 Gettysburg Pike, Mechanicsburg. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the discussion begins at 7 p.m.
