The Cumberland County Tax Claims Bureau is responsible for the collection of unpaid real estate taxes returned by all Cumberland County tax collectors. These taxes consist of County, Township, Borough, Library, and School District Real Estate Taxes.

The Cumberland County Tax Bureau (CCTB) serves as the Earned Income Tax (EIT) Collector for all of Cumberland County, the West Shore School District in northern York County and the Shippensburg Area School District in eastern Franklin County. In addition to the EIT, CCTB also collects the Local Services Tax (LST) in this jurisdiction.
