As of October 19, 2012, voters voting for the first time in the Precinct will be required to present identification. For all returning voters, poll workers will be required to request ID in the election, but those voters will be able to vote a regular ballot if they do not have them. A handout prepared by the Pennsylvania Department of State will be given to all voters who fail to satisfy the ID requirement.
