New Cumberland Borough

The New Cumberland River Rescue hosts the 56th annual New Cumberland Halloween Parade. The parade forms at 7 p.m. The parade route proceeds south on Bridge Street, then turns right on 3rd Street, then right on the alley to the rear of the PNC Banking parking lot, where the parade will disband. Rain date is Monday, October 23.

Mt. Holly Springs Borough
Wednesday, October 18, 2023 @ 7 p.m.
The Mt. Holly Springs Halloween Parade will begin at the Mt. Holly Elementary School on Mooreland Avenue. The one-mile parade route will follow West Pine Street, North Baltimore Avenue, Butler Street, and finish on Mooreland Avenue. No rain date is set.
East Pennsboro Township
Wednesday, October 18, 2023 @ 7 p.m.
Parade route goes from the High School parking lot, across Shady Lane and down Enola Drive to finish at the Township Building. Rain date is Oct. 19.

Saturday, October 21, 2023 @ 7 p.m.
The 36th Annual Shippensburg Halloween Parade is hosted by the Shippensburg Kids Event Committee. The parade will be on East King Street.

Camp Hill Borough
Monday, October 23, 2023 @ 6 p.m.
Registration runs from 5-5:45 p.m. in the parking lot of Trinity Lutheran Church, 2000 Chestnut St. The parade route goes from Market Street in front of the church, then travels west on Market to North 24th Street, then to Walnut Street, and ends at the Camp Hill Borough Building. Awards will be handed out after the parade. Rain date is Oct. 24.

The Newville Halloween Parade will be held on Monday, October 30 at 7:00 PM with a rain date of October 31. Pre-Registration is required, deadline October 23, 2023. Line up is at 6:00 PM on Broad Street.
