- The Cumberland County Bureau of Elections is open additional hours Thursday, May, 12 (4:30 p.m. - 7 p.m.) and Saturday, May 14 (9 a.m. - 2 p.m.) for residents to hand deliver voted mail-in & absentee ballots to 1601 Ritner Highway, Suite 201, Carlisle.
