Cumberland County businesses in the hospitality and food services industries will be able to apply for grants beginning Monday through the COVID-19 Hospitality Industry Recovery Program.
The Cumberland Area Economic Development Corporation is administering the program for Cumberland County.
The grant program is on a first-come, first-served basis, and will launch at 9 a.m. Monday. The grants will be given out until the $2.9 million in funds that the county received are exhausted or until June 15, whichever comes first.
Only business that are designated NAICS (North American Industry Classification System) with codes of 721 (Accommodations) or 722 (Food Services and Drinking Places) are eligible for the program.
