Additional Hours Provides Voters Extra Time to Hand-Deliver Voted Ballots
Bureau of Elections Office will be open Saturday, Oct. 24, 8 a.m. – Noon, and Thursday, Oct. 29, 4:30 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Carlisle, PA – The Cumberland County Commissioners today voted to provide additional hours for residents to hand deliver their voted mail-in or absentee ballot for the General Election.
Voters can hand deliver their voted ballots to 1601 Ritner Highway, Suite 201, Carlisle:
- Saturday, Oct. 24 (8 a.m. – Noon)
- Thursday, Oct. 29 Regular office hours 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Additional hours (4:30 p.m. – 8 p.m.)
No additional voter services will be available during the extended hours.
Last day to register before the election: Monday, October 19. *Postmarks will not be accepted.
Last day to apply for a mail-in or absentee ballot: Tuesday, Oct. 27.*Postmarks will not be accepted. Last day to receive or postmark voted mail-in or absentee ballots: Tuesday, Nov. 3 at 8 p.m. *Postmarked ballots must be received by 5 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 6.
