Emergency Solutions Grant – CV
The County of Cumberland will obtain comment on an application it plans to submit to the PA Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) for an Emergency Solutions Grant – CV. The application seeks to provide Emergency Shelter and Rapid Rehousing activities at the Domestic Violence Services of Cumberland and Perry Counties, along with a Street Outreach and Homelessness Prevention program for Community CARES. All programs are to assist those experiencing homelessness and to prepare for, prevent, and respond to COVID-19. Applications are due to the PA DCED by June 1, 2020. Written comment may be submitted to the Cumberland County Housing and Redevelopment Authorities, Attn: Homeless and Special Needs Housing Division, 114 N. Hanover Street; Carlisle, PA 17013 by May 18, 2020.
