Claremont has been under the operation of an interim administrator since March, and Aims will begin his new role on Aug. 6.
Aims, who is from East Berlin, Adams County, has a bachelor’s in health planning and administration, and a master’s in business administration. He has worked in the nursing/health care industry since 1974, serving in various administration and risk management roles, according to the county.
