Inside the old Cumberland County Courthouse, the community is on a mission. “To recognize victims, recognize survivors and also recognize those who advocate for our victims,” said Michelle Sibert with Cumberland County Victim Services. “It's really saying, 'hey, think outside, who can we draw in? Who can we look to help victims,’” Sibert said. “To provide support for their healing.”
