The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, the Cumberland County District Attorney’s office, state and local police, a local officer who lost his wife as a result of an impaired driver, and safety partners will hold a news conference at 11:00 AM, Friday, December 18th, across from the Cumberland County Courthouse in Carlisle to highlight “Operation Safe Holiday” enforcement and encourage safe driving through the holiday season.
The Pennsylvania DUI Association’s DUI Victims’ Moving Memorial will also be on display to honor and remember those who lost their lives because of impaired drivers.
