School Age: Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities

Grandma and Grand daughter 6x3

How does IDD effect our youth?

Typically, children/students, ages 3-21, are eligible to receive family support services such as respite, camp, and supports coordination. Students, ages 14-21, are eligible to receive transition services such as habilitation, job coaching, and supports coordination. Cumberland/Perry IDD embraces employment in integrated work settings as the first and priority option explored in transition planning for youth with intellectual disabilities.

All services are contingent upon funding being available.
