The Cumberland County Solid Waste Advisory Committee (SWAC) was created in June 2025 by virtue of Resolution No. 25-11 of the Cumberland County Board of Commissioners. The SWAC replaced the Cumberland County Recycling & Waste Authority whose 50-year term expired in April 2025.
The SWAC consists of seven members appointed by the County Commissioners. The members are listed below.
