What happens if I decide to register my child?
1. A service coordinator will contact you to set up an initial evaluation, usually in your home.

2. Your child will be evaluated in six areas of development: cognitive, speech, gross motor, fine motor, social / emotional, and self help.

3. If your child is eligible for service, the Service Coordinator and therapists will work with you to develop a plan which will help your child meet their individual needs.

4. The evaluation process and planning must occur within 45 calendar days from first date of contact.
