Information on resources and services is organized into a variety of categories as listed in the table of contents. The Handbook still has two major sections, one for Cumberland County resources and one for State programs, as well as a glossary of terms and acronyms. Specific listings in the Handbook can be reached by clicking on the appropriate heading in the table of contents or by doing a word search in the document.

While the Handbook is available to everyone through the web site, it is intended for use primarily by health and human services professionals. We still encourage consumers to contact the Cumberland Link office directly for information and assistance.
