Applications for Act 319, Clean & Green, must be received by the Assessment Office on or before June 1, 2010 to be eligible for preferential land assessment in 2011. Forms are available on this web site (Tax Assessment Forms, Clean and Green) or in the Assessment Office at the Old Courthouse, One Courthouse Square, Carlisle.
